米国居住者およびUSD支払いの方、日本から米国へ転居の方

米国各州政府による法令に基づき、日本のお客様と米国のお客様は顧客データベースが分離されています。このため米ドル建てでお支払いの方は、国際社内連絡も含め日本で対応を行うことができず、米国本社のサポートへ英語にてご連絡をいただく必要がございます。

米国居住者の方で日本語によるサポートをご要望の方は、日本円にて決済していただくことで、日本顧客となり日本語によるサポートを受けることができます。(日本円ですが、アイオワ州へ内税にてVATが支払われます)

NOTICE to the U.S. Residents,

Purchase in JPY means that you are the Japanese customers. The customer database is only limited to use in Japan so that you CANNOT ask to the U.S. customer support in English. If you want to terminate the contract by JPY, you can ask for the refund within 30 days after purchase. After that non-refundable.
